03
Community Access Membership
The Community Access Membership provides scheduled access to shared GPU accelerator compute on a quarterly basis at RM 520 per quarter. The following conditions apply:
- Membership is subject to a review of research intent and the capacity to participate constructively within the community.
- Compute time is allocated through a transparent scheduling system. Time blocks are confirmed in advance and cannot be transferred to other members.
- Members must use scheduled compute time in accordance with community norms as outlined in the onboarding documentation. Misuse of shared infrastructure may result in suspension or termination of membership.
- The quarterly fee is payable at the start of each membership quarter. Membership does not automatically renew unless agreed in writing.
- Corvex may temporarily suspend access to scheduled infrastructure for planned maintenance. Where possible, notice will be given in advance and the affected time will be rescheduled.
- Members may not use Corvex infrastructure for activities that are unlawful, harmful to other members, or in violation of the community norms document provided at onboarding.
04
Guided Onboarding Programme
The Guided Onboarding Programme is a one-time engagement delivered across three sessions at a fee of RM 1,560. The following conditions apply:
- Sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the participant and Corvex. Corvex will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the participant's schedule.
- The fee covers three sessions, a starter kit, written session notes, and a practices guide. These materials are for the personal use of the participant and may not be redistributed.
- If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, they must give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Corvex reserves the right to charge for sessions missed without adequate notice.
- The programme fee is non-refundable once the first session has been delivered.
05
Lab Partnership Advisory
The Lab Partnership Advisory is a three-month engagement at a fee of RM 3,030. The following conditions apply:
- The scope and timeline of the engagement will be agreed in writing between Corvex and the client organisation before work begins.
- Corvex acts as an independent advisor. All decisions regarding the client's infrastructure, policies, and operations remain with the client organisation. Corvex is not liable for outcomes arising from decisions made by the client organisation.
- The engagement deliverables — including the setup playbook and review notes — are provided for the client's internal use. Corvex retains intellectual property rights in any frameworks, methods, or materials it develops during the engagement, but grants the client a non-exclusive licence to use them for their internal purposes.
- Payment terms will be set out in the written agreement. A deposit may be required before the engagement commences.
- Either party may terminate the engagement by giving 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already delivered will remain payable.
06
Payment and Fees
All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due as specified in your membership agreement or service confirmation. Corvex reserves the right to withhold or suspend services where payment has not been received by the due date.
Pricing stated on the Corvex website is indicative and subject to the terms set out in the written agreement or confirmation for each service. Corvex may revise pricing from time to time; any revision will be communicated to current members before it takes effect.
07
Cancellations and Refunds
- Community Access Membership: Cancellation requests received before the start of a new quarter will take effect at the end of the current quarter. No refund is provided for a quarter already commenced.
- Guided Onboarding Programme: The programme fee is non-refundable once the first session has been delivered. If Corvex cancels a session without rescheduling within a reasonable period, a proportional refund may be offered.
- Lab Partnership Advisory: Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the written engagement agreement. Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable.
Corvex does not offer refunds on the basis of results or outcomes of research conducted using shared infrastructure or advice received during any engagement.
08
Member Conduct and Community Standards
All members agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the shared-resource nature of the community. This includes:
- Using allocated compute time within the confirmed schedule and not attempting to access time outside your allocation
- Following the community norms documented and provided at onboarding
- Not attempting to access, view, or modify another member's files, sessions, or data
- Reporting any infrastructure problems or security concerns to Corvex promptly
- Treating Corvex staff and fellow members with respect in all interactions
Corvex reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where a member has materially breached these standards, with notice given where circumstances permit.
09
Intellectual Property
Research outputs, data, and work products created by members using Corvex infrastructure remain the intellectual property of the member or their employing institution, as applicable. Corvex makes no claim over any research output produced during a member's scheduled compute sessions.
All website content, community documentation frameworks, onboarding materials, and advisory methodologies developed by Corvex are the intellectual property of Corvex. Members and clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials provided to them as part of their service for internal, non-commercial research purposes only.
10
Limitation of Liability
Corvex provides services on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- Corvex does not warrant that shared infrastructure will be available without interruption or that scheduled compute time will be free from technical issues.
- Corvex is not liable for any loss of research data, loss of results, or indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of shared infrastructure or any Corvex service.
- Corvex's total liability to any member or client under any service agreement is limited to the fees paid by that member or client for the relevant service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Members are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their own research data and ensuring their workflows are suitable for shared infrastructure environments.
11
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data collected by Corvex in connection with membership and service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By engaging Corvex services, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
12

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them or from your use of Corvex services, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to the courts of Malaysia.
13
Changes to These Terms
Corvex may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that affect existing members, notice will be given by email with at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
