How Corvex structures its offerings
Each Corvex offering starts from a clear premise: access to compute should be predictable, fairly distributed, and supported by documentation and community practice — not left to individual members to figure out on their own. The three options differ in scope and target audience, but share this underlying logic.
The Community Access Membership is the core offering. The Guided Onboarding Programme is designed for those who want support getting productive quickly. The Lab Partnership Advisory extends Corvex's experience outward to organisations building their own shared compute arrangements. Pricing for all three is stated openly in Malaysian Ringgit, with no hidden fees.

Community Access Membership
RM 520 / quarter
A membership that gives researchers and small teams structured, fairly scheduled access to shared accelerator compute, along with peer support and shared documentation. Access is fair and transparent across members. Suited to students, independent researchers, and small labs. Offered as a quarterly membership with scheduled time blocks. Includes onboarding and a shared resource board.

Best for those new to shared infrastructure. Delivered across three sessions with a starter kit. Includes onboarding notes and a practices guide.

Acting as an independent advisor on operations and community design. Designed for organisations forming a shared resource. Runs as a three-month engagement with reviews. Includes a setup playbook and review notes.

Protocols across all offerings
Data privacy
Member research data is not accessed or retained beyond the session. Handling follows Malaysian data protection norms and is documented in the Privacy Policy.
Written agreements
Every membership and engagement begins with a written agreement covering scope, scheduling, and terms. Nothing important runs on verbal understanding alone.
Capacity monitoring
Infrastructure utilisation is tracked and shared with members. If capacity constraints develop, members are notified and scheduling is adjusted with advance communication.
Maintenance schedule
Planned maintenance windows are announced in the member schedule ahead of time. Hardware is maintained on a regular cycle to keep performance consistent across sessions.
Feedback process
Members are regularly asked for feedback on scheduling, documentation, and community norms. Responses inform how the community operates from one quarter to the next.
Documentation standards
All community documentation follows a consistent format — clearly titled, dated, and attributed. Members can see when any document was last updated and who contributed to it.
